RETURN POLICY

  • Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • We do not do returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our END, we will make the changes to correct it immediately

  • NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/NO CANCELLATIONS

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package via email at TheChawcletFactory@gmail.com.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Please allow up to 3-6 business days to receive your order after your payment is cleared. Orders usually take 2-3 days to process. Which is included in the shipping time. Every order will undergo verification before shipping. If your billing & shipping does not match the order will be canceled. All orders placed after 5 pm CT will start processing on the following business day. Orders ship Monday- Friday NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON WEEKENDS. Please note holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We trust that USPS will deliver packages on time. In the unlikely event that your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

Please note that sales may result in a longer processing/shipping time.


 

PICK UP 

We are happy to offer pick up in 2 locations. 

Staten Island, New York, and Houston, TX. 

Orders will take 2-3 business days to process before it is available for pick up. A notification will be sent via the email provided on your order form when the order is ready for pick up. Order confirmation and photo ID are required for pickup. 


 

WHEN DO I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES

All orders are shipped with USPS.

We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included all the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
